So, I recently heard that Greenlight was ending, and being replaced with another system altogether. I figured this was my one shot at seeing what would happen to Broken Minds if I put it on Greenlight.
The results were interesting, to say the least. It's cool to know people are interested in the game. More than I thought, actually. So far the game's gotten almost 90 "Likes", which is really impressive given how I shoved it out the door with very little prep time and zero marketing.
I would've preferred waiting until the game was done to release it on Greenlight. It would've let me make a better gameplay trailer, for one. There's also a lot of polish to be had that's going to come later, when, in my testing phase, I will be playing the game over and over and over again, until I'm almost sick of it, trying to find glitches, spelling errors and things to improve.
Until then, though, I'm going to keep on implementing those game mechanics. :)
